Dear god, they have been worse than useless. At one point they even had us sueing ourselves. Every letter had errors, we had to retype our statements because they were so poor, witnesses had to do same - they took up to 6 weeks to answer a letter, they made horrendous legal mistakes which must have had the defence laughing.
